Viewing Appointment Details
Yapi Leap provides details of a patient's appointment including the purpose for the appointment, whether or not they have insurance or medical information on file in Eaglesoft, the total production amount for the appointment, and the patient's allergies, medications, and medical conditions. And if your practice has added Yapi's Insurance Verification feature, you'll also be able to view and check the patient's insurance eligibility. Use the instructions below to see an appointment's details.
On the homepage, click the date at the top of the page and select the date your patient is scheduled for. Or, if the appointment is today, click Today.
If you're on today's schedule, you may need to navigate between the Scheduled, In Office and Checked Out tabs to find the patient's appointment.
Click on the patient's name to see their appointment details. You'll see basic information about the appointment including:
the reason for the appointment
any notes associated with the appointment
the patient's insurance information
basic medical information including allergies, medications and medical conditions
When you're done, click Ok to close the patient's appointment details.
(Optional) If you see an Online Scheduling icon
next to the patient's name, this means they scheduled their appointment online. Click the icon to view:
any insurance information they submitted when they scheduled.
the referral source. this lists the site the patient was on when they clicked your Online Scheduling link and will be blank if the patient scheduled from the scheduling widget on your practice's website.
