Removing a Provider from Online Scheduling

For providers that no longer want to take online-scheduled appointments or who have left your practice, use the instructions below to remove them from your Yapi Leap Online Scheduling setup.

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Settings and select Practice Settings.

  2. Click Online Scheduling.

  3. Select the Providers tab.

  4. Find the provider that you'd like to remove from online scheduling and toggle the slider to the left so it's grey (disabled). A confirmation message will display at the bottom of your screen letting you know the update was saved. This change is now effective and patients will no longer be able to schedule appointments with this provider online.
