Setting a Package to Inactive

In the Forms Library, you can inactivate a package if you need to edit it or if you don't want it being assigned to patients. This holds the package in the library but removes it as an option for your staff to give to patients until you activate it again.

Use the instructions below to set a package to inactive.

  1. Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.

  2. Click Forms Library and Editor.

  3. Click the Packages tab.

  4. Find the package you'd like to inactivate.

  5. Click the 3-dot icon 3-dot icon. and select Inactivate. You'll then see a message at the bottom of the page letting you know the package has been set to Inactive.
