Removing a Form from a Package
Use the instructions below to remove a form from an existing package.
Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.
Click Forms Library and Editor.
Click the Packages tab.
Find the package containing the form you'd like to delete.
Click the down arrow
to view the list of forms included in the package.Find the form you'd like to remove and click the delete icon
next to it. You'll see a confirmation message at the bottom of the screen letting you know the form has been removed.
