Renaming a Device Used for Forms
If you need to rename devices that your patients use to fill out forms (for example, if you added a second tablet for your waiting room and now need to distinguish between the new and the existing one), you can easily rename it in Yapi Leap. Use the instructions below to rename a device that's used for forms.
Important
Only users with Admin privileges can perform this task.
Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.
Click Forms Library and Editor.
On the General Settings page, click Edit Configurations under In Office Devices.
Find the device listed on the General Settings page and click Rename next to it.
Enter a new name for the device and click Accept. You'll then see a message at the bottom of the page confirming your change.
