Deleting a Package from the Library
If there's a package your practice no longer needs, use the instructions below to delete it from your form library.
Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.
Click Forms Library and Editor.
Click the Packages tab.
Find the package you'd like to delete.
Click the 3-dot icon
next to the package and select Delete.At the Delete Package? prompt, click Yes, Delete Package. The package will disappear and a message will display at the bottom of the page confirming the package has been deleted.
