Setting a Form to Inactive
In the Forms Library, you can inactivate a form if you need to edit it or if you don't want it being assigned to patients. This holds the form in the library but removes it as an option for your staff to give to patients until you activate it again.
Use the instructions below to set a form to Inactive.

Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.
Click Forms Library and Editor.
Find the form you'd like to inactivate.
Optional: If your library has a lot of forms, use the search bar to search forms by name or click the filter icon
to filter your list of forms by language or form status.
Click the 3-dot icon
next to the form and select Inactivate. You'll then see a message at the bottom of the page confirming your form was set to inactive. You'll also see the form's status change to Inactive in the Status column.
