Editing Your User Profile
When you click Profile in the left-hand menu, what you'll see depends on whether you're an Admin or a non-admin. Click the link below that applies to you.
Tip
Not sure whether or not you're a Yapi Leap Admin? Then most likely you're a not an Admin. 😊
If you ever need to edit your name, mobile phone number, or email address in Leap, follow the instructions below.
Click Settings in the left-hand menu and select Profile.
Edit any of the following fields:
First Name - At least one character is required.
Last Name - At least one character is required.
Mobile Phone - This number is required for using Leap.
Email address - This email address is used to log you into the Leap, to send you a password reset if you lose or forget your password, and for office management to invite you to use Leap at other office locations (if you have them).
Position - Select the position that best fits your job duties.
Click Save General Info.
Optional: Click the Notifications tab to change your notification settings.
Slide the Inbound text toggle to the left if you'd like to disable notifications for inbound texts.
Slide the Mass texts sent toggle to the left if you'd like to disable notifications that a mass text was sent to patients.
Slide the Appointment booked via Online Scheduling toggle to the left if you'd like to disable notifications that an appointment was booked online.
Click Save Notifications.
If you ever need to edit your Yapi Leap settings (including contact information, linking your Eaglesoft ID to your Leap account, or modifying the notifications you receive in Leap, follow the instructions below.
Click Settings in the left-hand menu and select Users.
Scroll the list of active users to to find your user profile. Click your name to open your User Profile page.
In the General Info tab, edit any of the following fields:
First Name - At least one character is required.
Last Name - At least one character is required.
Mobile Phone - This number is required for using Leap.
Email address - This email address is used to log you into the Leap, to send you a password reset if you lose or forget your password, and for office management to invite you to use Leap at other office locations (if you have them).
Position - Select the position that best fits your job duties.
Click Save General Info.
Optional: Click the User Info tab to update the information below:
Eaglesoft ID - Select your Eaglesoft ID from the dropdown menu.
Preferred Name - If you have a preferred name entered here. Leap includes it in parentheses on the profile page and also uses this name in place of your first name when logging your activity. For example, if your name is Nathan and your preferred name is Nate, the texts and emails you send and the templates you've made will show the name Nate, not Nathan.
Color - Use the drop-down menu to select a color. This helps everyone on your team easily identify your activity like messages you've sent and templates you've made.
Click Save User Info to save changes to this tab.
Optional: Click the Notifications tab to set your notification settings.
