Opting Out of Emails
To ensure that they're are only receiving the emails they want to, patients have the option to opt out of emails via any email you send them. All they need to do is click the "unsubscribe from this list" link at the bottom of an email from you:

If a patient wants to opt back into emails or they unsubscribed accidentally, please contact Yapi Support so we can add their email back to your list.
