Adding a Form to a Package

In Yapi Leap's Forms Library & Editor, you can add a form to an existing package so it's easier for your team to assign lots of forms at once. The steps to add a form to a package vary depending on which screen you're on. Select one of the links below to learn how.

Adding a Form to a Package from the Packages Tab

Use the instructions below to add a form to a package when you're on the Packages tab.

Tip

You can also add a form from the Forms tab if you prefer. Instructions are slightly different so click here to learn how.

  1. Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.

  2. Select Forms Library & Editor.

  3. Select the Packages tab.

  4. Find the package you'd like to add to add the form to, then click the 3-dot icon 3-dot icon. and select Add form.

  5. Select the form(s) you'd like to add to the package.

    Important

    If you don't see the form you want to add, go back to the Forms tab and make sure it's listed as Active. If it's not, click the 3-dot icon 3-dot icon. next to it and select Activate.

  6. Click Save.

  7. Click the package name to see the list of forms included in the package, including the form(s) you just added.

  1. Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.

  2. Select Forms Library & Editor.

  3. Select the Forms tab.

  4. Find the form you'd like to add to a package.

    1. Optional: If your library has a lot of forms, use the search bar to search forms by name or click the filter icon Filter icon. to filter your list of forms by language or form status.

  5. Check to make sure the form is listed as Active in the Status column. If it's not, click the 3-dot icon 3-dot icon. at the end of the row and select Activate.

  6. Click the 3-dot icon 3-dot icon. next to the form and select Add to Package.

  7. Pick a package to add the form to.

    Tip

    Not seeing the package you're looking for? Make sure it hasn't been set to Inactive. You can only add forms to an active package.

  8. Click Save. A confirmation message displays at the bottom of the screen letting you know the form has been added to the package.
