Checking to See If an Invite Has Been Accepted
If you're unsure whether a staff member has accepted their invitation to Yapi Leap, use the instructions below to check.
Important
Only users with Admin privileges can perform this task.
In the left-hand menu, click Settings.
Click the Pending Invitations tab. Scroll down to look through the list of pending invitations or enter the staff member's name into the Search box and click the Search icon
.
If you see their name on the Pending Invitations list but they don't see the invite email in their inbox, ask them to check their Spam and Trash folders. Sometimes invitations can end up there and go unnoticed. If they don't see the email in these folders, resend the invite.
If you don't see their name on the Pending Invitations list, that means they've accepted the invite. You can find them listed in the Active Users tab.
