Adding Emojis to a Text

Emojis are part of how we communicate nowadays and sending messages to your patients is no exception! ๐Ÿ˜„ Spruce up your texts anywhere you send them from in Leap by using the instructions below.

Warning

If your office chooses to accept a thumbs up emoji as an appointment reminder Confirmation Response, make sure to include each of the skin options ( ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ and ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿพ) as individual Confirmation Responses. (And make sure you hit Enter after adding each one so they're all separate.) This way, Leap can recognize any one your patient replies with.
