Disabling a Device Used for Forms
If you need to, you can disable an in-office device that your patients use to fill out forms (like a tablet or kiosk computer). This is a great option if you've temporarily misplaced a device or if you need to send it in for service. To disable a device used for Yapi Leap forms, use the instructions below.
Important
Only users with Admin privileges can perform this task.
Tip

Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.
Click Forms Library and Editor.
Click General Settings.
On the General Settings page, click Edit Configurations under In Office Devices.
Find the device listed on the General Settings page. Then toggle its Enable slider to the left so it's grey (disabled). You'll see a message at the bottom of the screen confirming the device has been disabled.
