Editing a Campaign
We know the office can get hectic, so Yapi Leap lets you start a campaign and edit it later. Once you've started creating a campaign and entered the Campaign Name and Subject, Leap always autosaves a copy. When you're ready to edit a campaign you've already started drafting, use the instructions below.
Select Campaigns from the menu on the left.
Review the list under Your Campaigns and click on the 3-dot icon
for the campaign you'd like to edit.
Select Edit.
Review your campaign and make any the edits below as needed.
Campaign Name - At least one character is required.
Subject - At lease one character is required.
Optional: Custom Note - Review the custom note box to determine if any edits are needed.
Click Next.
Review who will be receiving the email and make edits below as needed.
Select Patients List - Review the current selection and update if needed.
Minimum Benefits Remaining Filter - Review the current amount and update if needed. Enter any amount (no decimals).
Optional: Send yourself a test email. Or if you're ready, just send the campaign!
