Editing a Campaign

We know the office can get hectic, so Yapi Leap lets you start a campaign and edit it later. Once you've started creating a campaign and entered the Campaign Name and Subject, Leap always autosaves a copy. When you're ready to edit a campaign you've already started drafting, use the instructions below.

  1. Select Campaigns from the menu on the left.

  2. Review the list under Your Campaigns and click on the 3-dot icon 3-dot icon. for the campaign you'd like to edit.

  3. Select Edit.

  4. Review your campaign and make any the edits below as needed.

    1. Campaign Name - At least one character is required.

    2. Subject - At lease one character is required.

    3. Optional: Custom Note - Review the custom note box to determine if any edits are needed.

  5. Click Next.

  6. Review who will be receiving the email and make edits below as needed.

    1. Select Patients List - Review the current selection and update if needed.

    2. Minimum Benefits Remaining Filter - Review the current amount and update if needed. Enter any amount (no decimals).

  7. Optional: Send yourself a test email. Or if you're ready, just send the campaign!
