Changing Practice Contact Information

If your practice's contact information (such as your address, phone number, email address, logo, etc.) ever changes, use the instructions below to change it in Yapi Leap.

Important

Only users with Admin privileges can perform this task.

  1. In the left-hand menu, click Settings and select Practice Settings.

  2. Select Practice Information.

  3. In the General Info tab, update any or all of the information below:

    • Practice Name

    • Address

    • City

    • State/Province/Region

    • Zip

    • Phone Number

    • Email

    • Website

    • NPI (National Provider Identifier)

    • Tax ID

  4. Optional: Click the Logo area to select a new logo image.

    Note

    Leap will only accept JPG, JPEG, or PNG images for your logo and your image must be a minimum of 200px x 200px.

    Tip

    It can take up to 60 seconds for your logo to update in other parts of Leap like your Online Scheduling page. If you don't see it update by then, your browser could be holding on to a cached version of your old logo. To fix this, do a hard refresh on your browser or trying viewing the page in private/incognito mode. Not sure how to do this? Your IT professional should be able to help.

  5. Click Save.
