Forms Automation - Patient View
When you set automation for forms and packages, the forms that patients are due for automatically attach to their appointment reminder texts, specifically:
New Patient Welcomes
Confirmation reminders
Auto-replies when they confirm, and
Their Same Day reminder
Below are examples of what reminders look like when patients are due for one or more automated forms. The link in each reminder allows each patient access to any automated forms they're due for and any your practice has manually assigned to them in Pending Forms.
Note
If you've set up forms automation and a patient doesn't have a link in their reminders as shown below, that means they're not due for any forms you've automated.
How Patients See Forms Automation
The first time a new patient schedules an appointment with your office, (if you're set up to send New Patient Welcome texts), patients will get a message welcoming them to your practice along with a link to their paperwork, which includes:
Their new patient form(s), if you've added them to your New Patient Welcome template in Appointment Reminders.
Any other automated forms they're due for (like ones tied to the procedure they're there for or ones you want patients to complete at every appointment).
Here's what that looks like for them:

Once patients click the link, they'll be able to access all their forms:

Important
New Patient Welcomes send individually for all patients, even if family members are scheduled for the same day.
If a patient hasn't confirmed their appointment and you're set up to send confirmation reminders, they'll get a link to any automated forms their due for plus any you've already assigned to them manually:

Once patients click the link, they'll be able to access all their forms:

If a patient or family confirms their appointment(s) via text, they'll receive an auto-reply message that includes their forms link as well:

On the day of the appointment (if you're set up to send Same Day Reminders), patients will get a link in their reminder to any automated forms their due for plus any you've already assigned to them manually, just in case they haven't filled them out yet:
