Setting Up a Toll Free Text Message Number

For your texting and reminders to work smoothly in Leap, you'll need to choose a toll-free Text Message Number. Setup is easy! To select your Text Message Number, just follow the steps below.

Important

Only users with Admin privileges can perform this task.

  1. Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.

  2. Select Practice Information.

  3. Review all the information on the General Info tab to make sure there are no typos and all of your practice's information is accurate.

  4. Click Set Up Text Message Number.

  5. In the Text Message Number Setup window, pick the prefix you'd like for your toll-free number.

  6. Click Generate Numbers.

  7. Under Text Message Number, use the drop down arrow to pick a toll-free number.

  8. Click Save. Your status will change to Verified once your business information has been reviewed and verified. Then, Yapi will start using this toll-free number when you send text messages, reminder texts, and review requests through Leap.
