Editing Reviews Settings

Note
If a patient ever wants to opt out of Review texts, they must opt themselves out of texts altogether. We don't recommend this because they won't be able to receive any direct or mass texts from you.
If need to change when review requests are sent to your patients, use the instructions below.
Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.
Click Reviews.
On the Reviews page, find the Review Requests section.
Under Review Request - Text Message, click the down arrow
next to 6PM and select a different time.
Note
Timeframes are limited since we've found that sending requests after school/work result in the highest rates of engagement.
Click Save Settings. You'll see a message at the bottom of the page confirming your changes were saved.
If you don't want review requests sending for appointments with specific procedures, providers, or operatories (or you had exclusions and want to remove them), use the instructions below to change your review exclusions.
Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.
Click Reviews.
Click Manage Exclusions.
To exclude a procedure, provider, operatory from review requests:
Click the green Add icon
next to Procedure, Provider, or Operatory and choose the procedure, provider or operatory you want to exclude reviews for.
Repeat for any other procedures, providers, or operatories you want to exclude.
To remove an excluded procedure, provider, or operatory so they do get review requests:
Click the X on the procedure, provider, or operatory you no longer want excluded.
Repeat for any other procedures, providers, or operatories you no longer want excluded.
Click Save. A message will display at the bottom of the page letting you know your changes were saved.
It's rare but there may be times when you need to update your Google Place ID like when the practice:
has been sold
has had a name change
has moved to a different location
When this is the case, use the instructions below to update your Google Place ID in Yapi Leap.
Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.
Click Reviews.
Delete the existing Google Place ID from the Review Site box.
Open the Google Maps Place ID Finder
in your web browser.
In the Enter a location box (in on the top portion of the map), enter your practice's address or name.
Select your practice from the results that appear.
Highlight your Place ID and copy it.
Go back to Leap and paste your Place ID into the Review Site box.
Click Save Settings. You'll see a message at the bottom of the page letting you know your changes were saved.
