Changing the Appointment for a Patient's Assigned Form
If you assigned a patient's forms to the wrong appointment, use the instructions below to move the forms to the correct one.
Note
You probably won't use this function very often. If you've already assigned forms to a patient and they move their appointment, the assigned (or completed) forms automatically move with it. Likewise, if you delete an appointment or mark it as broken, those forms automatically attach to the patient's next scheduled appointment.
Click Forms from the menu on the left.
Find your patient in the Pending Forms tab by scrolling down or searching for the patient in the search bar.
Click the 3-dot icon
and select Change appointment.
In the Change Appointment window, click the down arrow
next to the currently selected appointment date and select the correct appointment from the list.
Click Save. A message will display at the bottom of the screen letting you know the appointment has changed.
