Client Onboarding

The Client Onboarding team coordinates and manage all stages of the onboarding process for practices new to Yapi. To get you started, they facilitate learning activities including running live training sessions and demos. As you train, they monitor your progress and work with you to achieve training milestones so your office knows how to use Yapi Leap.

Client Success

Your Client Success Manager is your Yapi Leap advocate, working with you to accomplish your goals and maximize your use of Yapi Leap. They also coordinate and administer training for already-established clients that are new to Yapi Leap, helping you learn about new features, and helping adjust your Yapi Leap configuration.

Client & Technical Support

The Client Support team is your first point of contact if you have a question or experience any problems when using Yapi Leap. They’re your go-to for everyday questions and troubleshooting and can escalate to 2nd-level support when needed. Technical Support helps to resolve the more serious escalated issues, handles server migrations, and works to restore Yapi Leap if there’s a major service interruption. They’re also the team that performed your initial Yapi Leap install.
