Reactivating a User
If a staff member leaves your practice but then returns after you've deactivated their Yapi Leap account, you can easily reactivate their account again. Just follow the steps below.
Important
Only users with Admin privileges can perform this task.
In the left-hand menu, click Settings and select Users.
Click the Deactivated Users tab and search or scroll the page to find the user whose account you need to reactivate.
Click on the user to open their profile page.
Optional: Review the user's contact information and update it if anything has changed.
Click Reactivate.
When prompted, click Yes, Reactivate to confirm. You'll see a message appear at the bottom of the window confirming the account has been reactivated.
Optional: Navigate to the Active Users tab to see the person you just reactivated in the list.
