Patient Finder
The Patient Finder helps you find patient information quickly. Yapi Leap pulls patients' information directly from Eaglesoft so you don't have to search in multiple places to find what you're looking for! While you can also search by email, phone number, and Patient ID, the Patient Finder defaults to searching by Name and you can search by first, middle, last, or even partial names.

To get to the Patient Finder page, click Patient Finder in the left-hand menu.

Some Things You Should Know About the Patient Finder
Information shown on this page pulls directly from Eaglesoft and is read-only.
Recently Viewed Patients only shows patients whose Profile page you've opened in the last 5 calendar days. It won't include patients that have only appeared in your search results but whose Profile you didn't view.
When searching by name:
Special characters like apostrophes and hyphens are accepted, as in names like José, D'Ante, and Smith-Chen.
Partial name searches work too! For example, if you enter Van in the search field, Yapi Leap finds Vanessa Smith, Thuy Van Tuyet, James VanDerberg, etc.
Yapi Leap doesn't search by preferred names.
