Removing a Device Used for Forms

If you have an in-office device that you no longer use for forms (like a tablet or kiosk computer) or that device was permanently misplaced or stolen, you can easily remove it from your office's device list, completely disconnecting it from Yapi Leap. Just use the instructions below.

Important

Only users with Admin privileges can perform this task.

Tip

Not sure if you're ready to remove a device? (Maybe it's been misplaced and you hope to find it soon.) You can always disable the device temporarily and reenable it later.

  1. Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.

  2. Click Forms Library and Editor.

  3. Click General Settings.

  4. On the General Settings page, click Edit Configurations under In Office Devices.

  5. Find the device you want to remove and click the Delete Delete icon. icon next to it.

  6. Select Yes, Delete at the prompt. You'll then see a confirmation message at the bottom of the page letting you know the device has been deleted.
