Renaming a Forms Package

If you need to rename an existing package of forms, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.

  2. Click Forms Library and Editor.

  3. Click the Packages tab.

  4. Find the package you'd like to rename.

  5. Click the 3-dot icon 3-dot icon. and select Rename.

  6. At the Rename Package prompt, enter the name you'd like to rename the package to.

  7. Click Save. You'll now see the new name reflected in your list of packages. A message will also display at the bottom of the screen confirming you've successfully changed the package's name.
