Using the integrated Eaglesoft Medical History form is a good option for offices that:
need patient responses to display in the Eaglesoft Medical History Module
want a 1:1 integration with the matching Medical History form in Eaglesoft
find that the most important feature of the Medical History form is the ability to update the Eaglesoft Medical History Module
have a simple Medical History form that doesn't require additional special questions or formatting that can't be created in Eaglesoft
