Resetting Your Leap PIN

You may need to reset your Leap PIN at some point—for instance, when an employee leaves and you’re updating system passwords. Use the instructions below to reset your Leap PIN.

  1. Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.

  2. Click Forms Library and Editor.

  3. Click General Settings.

  4. Click Reset PIN which is located under the Assign Forms from a Tablet section.

  5. Enter a 6-digit PIN and click Save.

  6. Optional: Click the show(Eye icon.) icon to confirm you've set the PIN as intended. Share the new PIN with the rest of your team. And don't forget, if you ever forget your PIN refer to Finding the PIN for Your Office Tablet to lean how to retrieve it.
