Resending a Yapi Leap Invite
If you've invited a member of your team to access Leap and they either haven't received their invite email or accidentally deleted it, you can easily resend it. Select one of the options below to resend the invite.
Important
Only users with Admin privileges can perform this task.
If you need to resend a Yapi Leap invite to a member of your staff because they can't find it or accidentally deleted their invite, just follow the steps below.
Tip
Before resending any invites, have staff members check the Spam and Trash folders in their email.
In the left-hand menu, click Settings and select Users.
In the Pending Invitations tab, scroll or search to find the team member whose invite you want to resend.
Click the Resend Invite button.
In the confirmation window that opens, review the team member's contact information and make any updates, if needed.
Click Resend Invitation. You'll then see a message in the lower corner confirming the invite has been resent.
If multiple members of your team lost track of their Yapi Leap invites, you can resend them all at once by following the steps below.

Navigate to the Pending Invitations tab.
Search or scroll to find each team member you want to resend an invite to and select the checkbox next to their name.
Click Resend Selected at the top of the list.
In the confirmation window that opens, click on each team member to make sure their contact information is correct and make any needed updates and save the changes.
Click Resend Invitations. You'll then see a brief message in the lower left-hand corner confirming the invites have been resent.
