Setting a Default Primary Provider for Dentrix's Updated NP Workflow
Use the instructions below to set a default primary provider. For offices using Dentrix's updated new patient workflow in version 24.10 or higher, if an appointment only lists a secondary provider, Leap will assign provider as the default primary provider.
Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.
Select Practice Information and click the Dentrix Integration tab.
Click the arrow
and select a provider
Click Save. A message displays in the lower left corner of the screen confirming your change was saved.
