Scanning the Leap QR Code to Add a New Tablet for Forms
Use these instructions if you need to:
Set up a new tablet for assigning forms.
Add Leap to your existing tablet’s Home Screen if you have don't see a Yapi icon saved to the tablet's Home Screen.
Note
If you still know your PIN and it hasn't been compromised, no need to reset your PIN. Just use the same PIN to access forms once you access Leap from the new tablet.
Click Settings from the menu on the left and select Practice Settings.
Click Forms Library and Editor.
Click General Settings.
Grab your tablet and access the camera.
Use your camera to scan the QR Code located in the Assign Forms from a Tablet section.
Grab any tablet you want to use for assigning forms. Then open the camera app and scan the QR code that's located in the Assign Forms from a Tablet section of the page (aim the tablet's camera at the QR code and tap the link when it appears).
Note
This is a one-time setup for each tablet. You don't need to scan the QR code each time you want to assign forms.
On the tablet, add the webpage to your Home Screen. You'll need to open this site any time you want to assign forms from the tablet in the future.
