Finding the PIN for Your Office Tablet
To assign forms from an office tablet, you need your team's PIN (everyone shares the same one). If the PIN has already been set up but you don't know it or forgot it, you can easily find it in Leap:
Important
Only users with Admin permissions can perform this task. If you don't have Admin permission and need your PIN, ask a Leap Admin at your practice for help.
In the left-hand menu, click Settings and select Practice Settings.
Click Forms Library and Editor.
Click General Settings.
In the Assign Forms from a Tablet section, click the eye icon
next to 6-Digit PIN.
